Bereavement Practitioner and Assistant Bereavement Practitioner vacancies

Swyddi am Ymarferydd Profedigaeth ac Ymarferwyr Profedigaeth Cynorthwyol

Mae Sandy Bear yn bodoli i ddarparu profedigaeth a chymorth cyn profedigaeth i blant, pobl ifanc a’u teuluoedd. Rydym yn gweithio drwy gymorth dros y ffôn ac yn berson a gyda grwpiau cymorth 1:1 y teulu a’r grwpiau cyfoedion lle bo hynny’n briodol ac mae cyllid yn caniatáu.

Ar ôl 6 blynedd fel elusen sy’n cefnogi’r Sir Benfro, rydym wedi arwain prosiectau peilot llwyddiannus yng Ngheredigion a Sir Gaerfyrddin ac yn paratoi i gyflawni ein cenhadaeth y dylai pob plentyn a pherson ifanc, ble bynnag y maent yn byw yng Nghymru, allu cael gafael ar y gefnogaeth gywir, ar yr adeg gywir.

Mae ein cyllid yn deillio o gymysgedd o grantiau a chomisiynau statudol a gwirfoddol, cefnogaeth gorfforaethol, a llawer iawn o arian sydd yn ei godi yn y gymuned ac wrth bobl unigol.

Mae Ymarferwyr Profedigaeth ac ymarferwyr Cynorthwyol yn darparu’r strwythur sy’n galluogi ein gwasanaethau i weithredu ac i gefnogi ein tîm anhygoel o wirfoddolwyr sy’n gweithio’n uniongyrchol gyda’n teuluoedd mewn gwahanol leoliadau.

Oherwydd y galw ac i gefnogi gwaith a gomisiynwyd, rydym yn chwilio am ddatganiadau o ddiddordeb ar gyfer ymarferydd profedigaeth a rôl ymarferydd cynorthwyol yn ein tîm. Rhaid i o leiaf un o’r swyddi hyn fod yn ddwyieithog oherwydd y buddiolwyr rydym yn eu cefnogi, er y byddai lefel sylfaenol o Gymraeg llafar ac ysgrifenedig yn fanteisiol i’r ddwy swydd.
